Free Parking Options
• Free Regular Parking* for matinee movie showings from 11am – 6pm with purchase of two or more Universal Cinemark matinee tickets. (Regular Parking fee must be paid in full and then will be reimbursed upon presentation of parking receipt. Restrictions apply.) • Free self-parking after 6pm for all guests. (Not valid during Halloween Horror Nights. Additional restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice.) The enclosed parking garage features moving sidewalks, escalators, elevators, and on-site wheelchair rental. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket.

Vehicle Assistance
If you should experience car problems while visiting, battery jumps are provided as a courtesy to guests. If further assistance is needed, raise your hood if possible, and report your vehicle's location to any parking attendant for assistance.
There are also call boxes located throughout the parking garage which can be used to contact Security.

All-day Locker Rental
Large lockers measuring 12” x 13” x 16.9” are available to rent near the park entrances of Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ starting at $12 per day. Family-size lockers measuring 12” x 16.25” x 16.9” are available at Universal Studios only, starting at $15 per day.
Single-use Lockers Located at Select Attractions
Single-time use lockers are available at the attractions listed below. The standard-sized lockers (14 in x 5.5 in x 16.9 in) for small loose articles are free while you ride. Larger lockers (12 in x 13 in x 16.9 in) for oversized items can be rented for $2 during the posted wait time and an additional $3 per 30 minutes, with a $20 per day maximum.
The following attractions has single-use lockers:
Jurassic Park River Adventure™, Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges®, and Dudley Do-Rights Ripsaw Falls® offer single-time use lockers starting at $4 during the posted wait time and an additional $3 per 30 minutes to a maximum of $20 per day.
Large lockers measuring 12” x 13” x 16.9” are available to rent near the park entrances of Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ starting at $12 per day. Family-size lockers measuring 12” x 16.25” x 16.9” are available at Universal Studios only, starting at $15 per day.

In-Park Childcare Services
- All park restrooms have diaper-changing stations for your convenience. In select locations, you'll also find family restrooms that offer additional space and privacy.
- Nursing facilities are available in the First Aid Station at Family Services, located to the right of the Lost And Found in Universal Studios Florida™, at the Health Services main station, located on Canal Street in the New York area, in the First Aid Station at Universal's Islands of Adventure™, and in the First Aid Station at Universal's Volcano Bay.
- Single or double strollers are available for rent upon entering Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal's Islands of Adventure™, or you may bring your own stroller if you find it more convenient. Strollers and Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) will not be available for rent at Universal’s Volcano Bay™.
- If your children are too small or unwilling to go on a particular ride that you want to experience, take advantage of the "child swap" program. Each ride and attraction has a family room where one member of your party can wait with the little ones while the rest of your party rides. Once they are finished, switch places so whoever rode can stay with the kids, and the adult(s) who sat out can enjoy the ride.
Resort Childcare Services
Kids can enjoy fun and entertainment while the adults enjoy time to themselves. The night is yours, and the kids are safe with us. Availability is based on demand, please call for details.
