Park Policies
- Guests are not permitted to wear clothing that has inappropriate or offensive language . Shoes, shirts and pants must be worn at all times.
- Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Large hard or soft coolers, glass containers, food, drinks and picnic lunches are not allowed. Guests with medical diets, baby formula or food should seek out a SeaWorld team member prior to entering the park. All bags, strollers, and other personal items are subject to inspection.
- Pets are not permitted inside the park. Service animals are permitted. Please see Guest Services for more information. Seaworld has a pet care center located behind the Exit Gift Shop.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park.
- SeaWorld prohibits the possession, carrying and/or use of any type of firearms or weapons on SeaWorld property.

Ride Accessibility Program (RAP)
SeaWorld Orlando's Ride Accessibility Program was designed to allow guests to fully participate and enjoy our parks while keeping in mind the safety requirements of our rides and attractions. The program was developed based on the requirements of the manufacturer and by evaluating the physical and mental attributes required to safely ride each ride and participate in our other attractions. All facilities and services available to disabled guests can be found in their accessibility guide. This guide also serves as a helpful addition to the entertainment schedule and park information that come with the SeaWorld Orlando park map.

Certified Autism Center
Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando is designated as a Certified Autism Center (CAC). Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando Ambassadors receive specialized training to ensure they have the requisite knowledge, skills, temperament, and expertise to cater to all children, including those with special needs. Training focuses include: sensory awareness, motor skills, autism overview, program development, social skills, communication, environment, and emotional awareness. The Sensory Guide provides insight on how a child with sensory processing issues may be affected by each sense for rides and attractions at SeaWorld Orlando.

Guests in need of some quiet time and relief from sensory stimulation can utilize a quiet room located inside the Child Care Facility in Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando. This room has features and comfortable seating for guests needing a break. The Quiet Room have a vacant/occupied feature to ensure privacy for our guests. Guests who would like to use a Quiet Room may do so on a first come, first served basis.

Guests in need of a less stimulating area in the park are encouraged to visit the area between Dolphin Cove and Turtle Trek.

Sunny Day Guarantee
Sometimes the rain just won't go away. SeaWorld's Sunny Day Guarantee says that if the rain ruins the fun at SeaWorld in Orlando, guests will receive a complimentary return visit to the park to be used within 1 year of their initial visit. No matter how much rain -- from small showers to mighty monsoons -- just stop by the Guest Services Counter or submit your information below for your return visit. You will need your original admission ticket or order number to receive a Sunny Day Ticket.

- The following are not eligible for Sunny Day Tickets: Pass Members; Complimentary ticket holders (including Sunny Day ticket); 14 Day Length of Stay tickets and packages; Discovery Cove ticket packages (including 14 day unlimited); Guests who do not have their original admission ticket or order number.
- The following MAY not be eligible for Sunny Day Tickets and should check at Guest Services for details: Promotional / discounted tickets (group sale tickets); and Promotional Multi Day tickets. Not valid for Pass Members.
