The Universal Food Blog consists of a team of people who comb through our favorite parks for unique stuff to tell you about. It is headed by Xavier H. of Michigan. After his first visit to Universal, he became a fan of the adventure found throughout Universal Orlando's abundant attractions, shows, events, and of course, the food. He enlisted the help of several others, whose exceptional talents and skillsets have helped bring what was once only a rainy-day idea to life. To learn more about the team, Click here.
Launched in August of 2019, Xavier started Universal Food Blog. The Universal Food Blog has joined the creative, diverse, and supportive community with great love for Universal Studios Orlando. Our time the team provided news, attraction reviews, and information about the food and restaurants found throughout Universal Orlando Resort. In addition to the reviews, videos, and photographs of and about anything food-related, we also cover many of the events throughout the year.

The parade, concerts, beads, food, and thrills made their triumphant return in 2022. Running February 4 through April 16, 2023, the streets of Universal Studios Florida came alive with non-stop dancing and good times! Universal's family-friendly version of the iconic Big Easy bash brung in music's biggest talent to perform live concerts at Music Plaza Stage. The best part is that these concerts are included in your park admission. In addition, guests can experience authentic Cajun-style cuisine from New Orleans and some flavors from around the world as they enjoy their day around Universal Studios Florida.
