Dietary Needs at Universal

Click here to find some plant-based menu options.

Research
Before visiting you should browse through the online menus for Universal's theme park restaurants. Acquainting yourself with the available options ahead of time will give you a head start. You can find all menus on our Universal Orlando Menus page If you have any further questions after viewing the menus, email a Guest Services Team Member at Food.Allergy@universalorlando.com.

Check When you Arrive

If you aren’t able to research dining options ahead of time. You can ask to speak to a chef or manager at any restaurant within Universal Orlando Resort, or at any of the hotels once arrive. Let them know which guest in your party has a food allergy or intolerance, and what the allergy/intolerance is. It should be noted, however, that Universal Orlando does not have separate food preparation facilities in which to prepare allergen-free foods. There is occasionally the chance that allergens may have been introduced to one or more ingredients before they reached the kitchens at Universal Orlando.

Kosher Options
Universal can provide kosher menu options for our guests at the following restaurants: Lombard’s Seafood Grille™ and Finnegan’s Bar & Grill™ in Universal Studios Florida™; Confisco Grille™ and Mythos Restaurant™ in Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and Bambu in Universal’s Volcano Bay.
The kosher menu options include salmon, chicken, and Salisbury steak. The price is $29.95 plus tax per meal. Please be advised that quantities are limited, and 72 hours advance notice is required for preparation purposes. Please call Guest Services at (407) 224-4233 to arrange a kosher meal at any of our theme parks or Universal CityWalk™ during your visit.

Bring Your Own Food
You’re also welcome to bring your own food if you prefer. Simply notify a Security Team Member performing the security bag check at the front gate that you or a member of your party has a food allergy/intolerance. Items should be contained in a soft-sided cooler; glass is not allowed.
Universal Orlando guests staying at one of our hotels may keep food refrigerated in their hotel room. The hotel is unable to hold food in its kitchen on behalf of the guest.
