Starting June 7, 2023, guests can skip the queues and order their favorite meals and beverages from their mobile devices using the official Universal Studios Hollywood App. With this innovative feature, you can make the most of your time at the park, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from start to finish. Let's dive into the details and learn how to take advantage of this exciting addition to your Universal Studios Hollywood adventure. How It Works: To enjoy Mobile Food & Drink Ordering, you'll need an iOS (Apple) or Android mobile device, the Official Universal Studios Hollywood App, and a Universal Guest Account. Once you're within the park, follow these simple steps to place an order and have it ready for pickup at your convenience: 1. Launch the Universal Studios Hollywood App and select "Order Food & Drinks" from the home screen. 2. Choose the restaurant where you'd like to place your order. 3. Browse the menu and add your desired items to the cart. 4. Proceed to checkout and select your desired pickup time. 5. Apply any applicable Team Member or Pass Member discounts by scanning your pass or TM ID barcode or entering your pass ID manually. 6. Confirm your payment method and place your order. Please note that once you click "Place My Order," modifications cannot be made. If changes are needed, you can cancel the order and start over or create a new one. The pickup time can be altered by tapping "Edit Pickup Time" if necessary. Pickup Process: When your pickup time becomes available, a green "I'm Here, Prepare My Order" button will appear in the app. Follow the directions provided in the app or the signage in the restaurant to locate the designated pickup area. While tracking the progress of your order in the app, please note that you will not receive a push notification when your order is ready. Participating Restaurants and Payment: Hollywood and Dine and Minion Café are participating restaurants for Mobile Food & Drink Ordering. During checkout, guests must log in to their Universal Guest Account or create a new account. Payments can be made using a previously stored credit or debit card or adding a new one when placing the order. Discounts and Exclusions: Select Pass Members and Team Members can apply their discounts to Mobile Food & Drink Orders. However, It's important to mention that alcoholic beverages are excluded from the discounts. The following passes are eligible for discounts via Mobile Food & Drink Ordering: Universal Studios Hollywood Team Member ID, Gold Pass, and Platinum Pass. Ensure a Smooth Experience:
