For example, the Paddlefish Restaurant needs to receive notice in Disney Springs. The restaurant features an iconic steamboat design. The large steamboat is easy to notice when walking around Disney Springs. Within this steamboat’s exterior, Paddlefish serves a wide variety of quality table service dining options.

 Your looking at some Crab Etouffee from French Quarter Courtyard. Étouffée, a dish of seafood or chicken simmered in a sauce made from roux, usually served with rice. Universal took their own approach to etouffe during Universal's 25th Mardi Gras Celebration. Served with a side of rice and and slice of bread, then topped with crab, this dish was a tasty and filling dish during the dance party that would erupt in the street. It is served hot so it may not be the best choice during the warmer days.
