Tres Leches Churros

Don’t let yourself pass this little treat! The Tres Leches Churros are caramel drizzled churros topped with caramel and coconut shavings. This can be found at Natural Selections across from Jurassic Park River Adventure. Natural Selections open's at 11:00 and usually closes at least a hour before the park. make sure you get there early so you try this delicious twist on a classic treat.

For the 30th Anniversary of Universal Orlando this retro donut from Voodoo Doughnuts Orlando. This Doughnut is Yeast long-john filling with a raspberry jam. It was too pretty to eat but once we did it was totally worth it.

Nutella What? Nutella Yum! Being that Today Cafe is literally the best we thought we would bring up this gem. As the name implies the Nutella Brioche is brioche bread pumped to the max Nutella and is a great treat to end you meal.

Volcano Bay's Chocolate Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Couldn't visit Universal on June 5th to eat some Chocolate Pineapple Upside Down Cake? Well let us show you how bake it!

Be sure to read the recipe thoroughly so you understand the steps, get all your ingredients prepped before you start.

Coconut Smear Recipe:

1/2 cup room temp butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup corn syrup

In an electric mixer using a paddle attachment, combine above ingredients, mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until a coarse paste is formed, set aside.

Chocolate Cake Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk (Or 1 cup of milk mixed with 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar)
½ cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup water
12 canned pineapple rings
12 maraschino cherries
