They can pick them up at the Universal Studio Store inside the Park by asking at the register and showing their valid Annual or Season Pass. Halloween Horror Nights Lights-On Walkthrough of Stranger Things 

Pass Members can join us for a special lights-on walkthrough at one of the Halloween Horror Nights haunted houses, Stranger Things 4. Pass Members must RSVP for this experience at on Universals site. Pass Members must have an activated Annual or Season Pass valid through the date of their reservation in order to be eligible. Blackout dates will not apply if the Pass Members have a reservation. They must present their RSVP confirmation email and their valid Annual/Season Pass at the front gate turnstiles for entry.
